Climate Change in Greenland Glaciers

Braden Eggers, Reporter

Today climate change is a big deal. The sea levels are rising from glaciers melting due to warm temperatures. Ice caps are the most affected by climate change accelerating the rate at which they melt. Greenland’s glaciers, due to warmer water moving in, is melting the Glaciers at faster rates which is the biggest factor right now to the sea level rising.

Human activities are raising greenhouse gas levels and causing the temperature to rise which will cause the ice caps to melt quickly. The rise of the sea level will raise the amount of coastal storms like hurricanes and over a long period of time will flood land.
