And You’re Watching Disney Channel…

In January 2020 teens will be saying goodbye to their childhood television shows, movies, actors, and actresses. As this year comes to an end, and a new decade starts, Disney will keep creating family T.V. shows that we will fall in love with. As kids growing up it was a daily routine where we came home from school and started watching our favorite shows on Disney.

Disney wants to remember this decade, so they created Disney Plus. It has more than 25 original series of shows, along with 10 original films. They also have recent Disney movies, and new episodes of original shows will be released weekly.

From 2010-2019 over 100 movies have been made, and millions of episodes of Phinneas and Ferb, Wizards of Waverly place, Good Luck Charlie, Kim Possible, That’s so Raven, Even Stevens, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, and Lizzie McGuire. Disney Channel began in 1983 and the first ever show that was aired was “Good morning Mickey.” Mickey Mouse is still aired in the morning for little kids ages 2-6, or anyone wanting to watch.

Disney Channel was launched by Walt Disney Television. Over the 2010 decade many shows have been discontinued, and new ones have been created. Kids remain in front of the T.V. for hours of the night. Disney was the start of happiness as kids grew up, and it was the family friendly channel that never failed to bring joy and laughter. Some shows even brought tears of joy and sadness. Shows and memories can be relived with Disney Plus.
